Abstract
: The analysis of synergy degree in supply chain is mainly focused on relations between single manufacturer and
single supplier. To make the issue of synergy degree more general, it is extended to a scenario with multiple suppliers, single
manufacturer and multiple distributors. From the view of operation efficiency in supply chain as a whole, a synergetic develop鄄
ment index system, dominated by manufacturers, is developed to be composed of 4 dimensions, namely, multiple distributors,
single manufacturer, multiple suppliers and supply chain stability. With these indicators as order parameters in the subsystem of
supply chain, order degree measurement in the synergetic theory is used to analyze the coordination degree for both subsystem and
whole supply chain. With a real case analysis, it shows the validity and feasibility of the proposed evaluation index system and
coordination model. As to the measurement result of synergy degree, the countermeasures are put forward for a coordinated devel鄄
opment in supply chain system.
