Abstract
: The development of China蒺s urban area shows that the administration centers in most cities are not only the politi鄄
cal centers but also the business centers, relocation of administration will bring in explosive increase in retail industry, and the
location and relocationof administration centers have obvious connection with the spatial distributionof city commercial circles. This
paper uses dynamic fuzzy algorithm simulation model to illustrate the coupling interaction, between the location change of admin鄄
istration center and the spatial structure of business areas. The simulation shows that once the administration center moves to a
new district, either the old business area would be scaling up or new business areas would be arising soon, or both. And the spa鄄
tial structure of business area system of the urban districts would change. But the development of business areas in the former ad鄄
ministration center area would not be affected. And the spatial distributions of trade areas system would change after the relocation
of the administration center. At last, the empirical data of Changsha confirm the results.
