      数字经济时代,数字贸易利益成为企业国际竞争力的重要来源,更是国家重塑全球数字经济治理话语权的重要抓手。利用2007—2021年中国A股制造业上市公司数据和跨国投入产出数据,在识别数字贸易部门和非数字贸易部门的基础上,测算了企业数字贸易利益,并考察了数字技术创新对企业数字贸易利益的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字技术创新能够增加企业数字贸易利益,且通过数据资产化和国际数字分工深化增加了企业数字贸易利益；RTA数字贸易规则的广度和深度在数字技术创新影响企业数字贸易利益中发挥了正向调节作用。异质性分析结果表明,数字技术创新对数字经济行业以及数字基础设施建设水平和知识产权保护水平较高地区的企业数字贸易利益增长的促进作用更为显著。因此,应积极加快数字技术发展,推进重点企业培育,深化数字贸易制度型开放,以增加企业数字贸易利益。

      In the era of the digital economy, digital trade gains have become a key source of enterprises' international competitiveness, as well as a crucial lever for countries to reshape their discourse power in global digital economic governance. Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2007 to 2021 and cross-border input-output data, this paper identifies digital trade and non-digital trade sectors, measures enterprises' digital trade gains, and examines the influence of digital technology innovation on such gains and its underlying mechanisms. The results show that digital technology innovation can increase enterprises' digital trade gains, mainly through data assetization and the deepening of international digital division of labor. Both the breadth and depth of Regional Trade Agreement (RTA) digital trade rules play a positive moderating role in the relationship between digital technology innovation and enterprises' digital trade gains. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promoting effect of digital technology innovation on digital trade gains is more pronounced in enterprises in digital economy industries and those in regions with higher levels of digital infrastructure development and intellectual property protection. Therefore, it is essential to accelerate the development of digital technologies, foster key enterprises, and deepen institutional opening up in digital trade to increase enterprises' digital trade gains. 
