      释放数据要素价值是企业高质量发展的新引擎,数据资产共享在其中的作用值得探究。基于2015—2023年中国沪深A股上市企业数据,实证检验了数据资产共享对企业高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究发现,数据资产共享能够促进企业高质量发展。机制检验结果显示,数据资产共享通过提高企业供应链韧性,促进了企业高质量发展。异质性分析结果表明,数据资产共享对企业高质量发展的促进作用在非国有企业、组织惯性低企业、成长期企业以及东部和西部地区企业中更为显著。因此,政府应完善数据要素市场化配置的顶层设计,企业应主动嵌入供应链协同网络,实现数据资产共享,提升供应链韧性,为企业高质量发展提供新动能。

英文摘要:

      Unlocking the value of data factors has emerged as a new engine for high-quality corporate development, and the role of data asset sharing in this process warrants in-depth investigation. Based on data from China's A-share listed firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2023, this study empirically examines the impact of data asset sharing on high-quality corporate development and the underlying mechanisms. The results indicate that data asset sharing promotes high-quality corporate development. Mechanism tests reveal that this promoting effect operates by enhancing firms' supply chain resilience. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive effect of data asset sharing is more pronounced among non-state-owned enterprises, firms with low organizational inertia, those in the growth stage, and those located in the eastern and western regions of China. Therefore, the government should refine the top-level design for the market-oriented allocation of data factors, while enterprises should actively integrate into supply chain collaboration networks, share data assets, and enhance supply chain resilience, thereby providing new momentum for high-quality corporate development. 
