      中国式现代化的关键在于科技现代化。世界现代化历程表明,科技创新是实现经济持续高速增长、加速现代化进程的核心动力。一国能否抓住科技革命机遇,进入现代化国家行列,取决于科技创新在经济社会发展中发挥的作用。中国式现代化进程中,科技创新发挥着基础性、战略性和引领性作用。基于创新的本质和资本市场的功能,阐述了“科技金融体系—国家创新体系—中国式现代化建设”的逻辑关系,分析了创新驱动发展战略与中国式现代化的理论基础、作用机理和实现路径,创新性地提出科技金融体系的本质是理顺创新资本转化机制,即通过建立和完善资本市场促进社会资本向创新资本和耐心资本转化。探索中国式现代化进程中科技创新路径的关键在于,发挥新型举国体制作用,建立促进社会资本转化为创新资本和耐心资本的机制。

      The key to Chinese modernization lies in scientific and technological modernization. The course of global modernization shows that scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force for achieving sustained, high-speed economic growth and accelerating modernization. Whether a country can seize the opportunities brought by scientific and technological revolutions and join the ranks of modernized countries depends on the role that scientific and technological innovation plays in its economic and social development. In the course of Chinese modernization, scientific and technological innovation serves as a foundational, strategic, and leading driver. Drawing on the nature of innovation and the capital market functions, this paper elaborates the logical relationship among the science and technology finance system, the national innovation system, and China's modernization drive. It analyzes the theoretical foundations, mechanisms, and implementation pathways through which the innovation-driven development strategy advances Chinese modernization, and innovatively proposes that the essence of the science and technology finance system lies in streamlining the transformation mechanism of innovation capital, namely, transforming social capital into innovation capital and patient capital through the establishment and improvement of capital markets. The key to exploring the pathway of scientific and technological innovation in the course of Chinese modernization lies in leveraging the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide and establishing a mechanism for transforming social capital into innovation capital and patient capital. 
