      培育并不断提升数字化能力是企业构建核心竞争力、发展新质生产力的关键路径,如何塑造高水平的企业数字化能力是亟须回答的重要理论问题和现实问题。企业提升数字化能力需要系统考虑自身与外部宏观环境的互动。基于2011—2021年中国A股上市公司数据,实证检验了中华优秀传统文化嵌入对企业数字化能力的影响及作用机制。研究发现,中华优秀传统文化嵌入对企业数字化能力具有提升作用。中华优秀传统文化嵌入主要通过获取政府补助和降低融资成本等两条路径提升了企业数字化能力。异质性分析显示,当企业处于社会信任水平较高地区或处于成长期时,中华优秀传统文化嵌入对企业数字化能力的提升作用更加显著。进一步检验表明,中华优秀传统文化嵌入还可以有效提升企业新质生产力水平。因此,政府应重视中华优秀传统文化的传承作用,发挥其引领作用；企业应重视并积极嵌入中华优秀传统文化,努力提升组织整体素养和组织合法性水平,在数字经济背景下不断提升数字化能力,以强化核心竞争力。 

英文摘要:

      Cultivating and continuously enhancing digital capabilities is a key pathway for enterprises to build core competitiveness and develop new quality productive forces. Therefore, identifying the means by which enterprises can improve these capabilities has emerged as a pressing concern in both theoretical inquiry and practice. To enhance digital capabilities, enterprises need to systematically consider the interaction between themselves and the external macro environment. Using data from China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021, this study empirically examines the impact of the embedding of fine traditional Chinese culture on corporate digital capability and its underlying mechanisms. The findings indicate that the embedding of fine traditional Chinese culture enhances corporate digital capability, mainly by obtaining government subsidies and reducing financing costs. Heterogeneity analysis shows that this enhancing effect is more significant for enterprises located in regions with higher levels of social trust or those in their growth stage. Further analysis reveals that the embedding of fine traditional Chinese culture can also effectively improve the level of new quality productive forces in enterprises. Therefore, the government should value the inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture and leverage its guiding role. Enterprises should attach importance to and actively embed fine traditional Chinese culture, strive to improve overall organizational literacy and the level of organizational legitimacy, and continuously enhance their digital capabilities in the context of the digital economy to strengthen their core competitiveness. 
