城乡融合发展质量测度与时空分布特征研究——基于宏观数据与微观感受相结合的视角

      城乡融合发展不仅是社会经济发展的必然趋势,也是推动经济高质量发展的内在要求。基于城乡融合发展质量的理论内涵,利用客观因素与主观因素联系、宏观数据与微观数据结合等思路创新性地构建城乡融合发展质量指标体系,对2013—2021年中国28个省份城乡融合发展质量进行测度和分析。研究表明:第一,大部分省份的城乡融合发展质量呈逐年上升趋势,但城镇化快速推进伴随的居民生活成本增加和城乡发展不均衡等问题影响居民主观感知,进而对城乡融合发展质量的提升构成挑战；第二,低城乡融合发展质量的外部空间环境会进一步加大低融合水平路径的锁定程度,而高城乡融合发展质量的外部空间环境会改善低融合水平省份的现状；第三,城乡融合发展质量的全国总体差异呈逐步缩小趋势；第四,全国整体和东、中、西部地区均存在相对β收敛机制,且中部地区城乡融合发展质量的收敛速度最高。因此,须强化“质量”关键意识,实现城乡融合质量的整体提升。

英文摘要:

      The high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas is not only an inevitable trend in socio-economic advancement but also an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality economic growth.Based on the theoretical connotation of urban-rural integrated development (URID) quality, this study innovatively constructs an indicator system for assessing the qualityby integrating objective and subjective factors, as well as macro and micro data. Using this system, it further measures and analyzes the URID quality across 28 provincial-level regions in China from 2013 to 2021. The findings are fourfold. (1) Most regions demonstrate a year-by-year improvement in the URID quality. However, rising living costs resulting from rapid urbanization and urban-rural unbalanced development have negatively influenced residents' subjective perceptions,thereby posing challenges to further enhancing the URID quality. (2) An external spatial environment with low URID quality will further reinforce the persistence of low integration levels. In contrast, that with high URID quality can help improve conditions inregions with low integration levels. (3) The overall disparity in the URID quality is gradually decreasing nationwide. (4) Relative convergence is observed at the national level as well as in the eastern, central, and western regions, with the central region exhibiting the fastest convergence rate.Therefore, it is crucial to reinforce the “quality-first” mindset to achieve a comprehensive enhancement of the URID quality. 
