      新质生产力是推动我国经济高质量发展的核心动力,科技金融作为金融强国战略的重要支撑,正日益成为赋能科技创新与产业转型的关键抓手。基于2010—2022年中国31个省份面板数据,构建多时点双重差分模型,实证检验了科技金融对新质生产力的影响及作用机制。研究发现,科技金融能够促进新质生产力发展,且通过提升产业链现代化水平、产业链集群化水平与产业数实融合水平促进了新质生产力发展。异质性分析发现,这种促进效应显著存在于劳动资料科技化程度较低、劳动对象绿色化水平较低的地区。因此,应构建金融、科技与产业“三位一体”的综合框架体系,推动“金融—科技—产业”三维联动,不断完善科技金融风险防控,优化区域政策匹配,进而加快发展新质生产力。 

      New quality productive forces serve as the core driver of China's high-quality economic development, while technology finance-an essential pillar of the national strategy to build a financial powerhouse-is increasingly becoming a crucial catalyst for scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation. Drawing on panel data from 31 Chinese provincial-level regions from 2010 to 2022 and using a multi-period difference-in-differences (DID)model, this study empirically examines the impact of technology finance on new quality productive forces and its underlying mechanisms. The findings demonstrate that technology finance significantly promotes the development of new quality productive forcesby advancing industrial chain modernization, industrial chain clustering, and the integration of digital and real industries. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the effect of technology finance is more pronounced in regions with lower technological levels in labor means and lower green development levels of labor objects. Accordingly, it is essential to establish anintegrated “finance-technology-industry” framework, promote synergy among these three domains, continuously enhance risk prevention and control in technology finance, and optimize regional policy coordination to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces. 
