      企业风险投资(CVC)作为实业企业产业与资本融合的一种方式,是实现战略协同与价值创造的重要手段,而投资模式选择与绿色供应链整合是企业通过资本手段推动可持续发展和低碳转型的重要策略。基于资源编排与协同演化理论框架,以宁德时代为典型案例,分析了其绿色供应链整合战略路径和CVC模式选择的动态共演机制。研究发现:(1)政策规制、技术迭代与市场竞争环境构成环境选择压力源,驱动了CVC与绿色业务整合的协同演化;(2)环境选择逻辑通过更新资源编排塑造了供应链架构,而组织适应逻辑则驱动了CVC模式的适配性调整,二者交互作用形成“技术突破—规模效应—生态构建”的升级路径;(3)CVC通过提升资源统筹能力强化了当期供应链整合效能,而跨期供应链经验积累同时促进了投资策略优化,形成双向互构的演化闭环。因此,企业应动态匹配CVC模式与绿色业务布局,构建“政策—技术—市场”动态响应机制,通过资源预判与生态突围提升战略敏捷性,以推动产业链供应链的可持续发展。

      Corporate venture capital (CVC), as an approach for industrial enterprises to integrate industry and capital, serves as a critical instrument for achieving strategic synergy and value creation.The investment model selection and green supply chain integration (GSCI) constitute essential strategies for enterprises to advance sustainable development and facilitate low-carbon transformation through capital means.Grounded in the theoretical frameworks of resource orchestration and co-evolution, this study employs Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) as a representative case to analyze the dynamic co-evolutionary mechanism between its GSCI strategic pathways and CVC investment model selection. The findings are as follows. (1) Environmental selection pressures from policy regulations, technological iterations, and market competition drive the co-evolution of CVC investment and green business integration. (2) Environmental selection logic reshapes supply chain architecture through resource orchestration renewal, while organizational adaptation logic prompts adaptive adjustments in CVC investment models, jointly forming an upgrade pathway of “technological breakthroughs-scale effects-ecosystem construction”. (3) CVC investment enhances current supply chain integration effectiveness through improved resource coordination capabilities, while cross-period supply chain experience accumulation optimizes investment strategies, forming a bidirectional co-evolutionary closed loop. Accordingly, enterprises should dynamically align CVC investment models with green business layouts, establish a “policy-technology-market” responsive mechanism, and enhance strategic agility through resource anticipation and ecosystem breakthroughs, to foster sustainable development of industrial and supply chains. 
