      农产品供应链数字化转型是传统农产品供应链升级的关键路径,对于提升供应链流通效率、实现供应链高质量发展具有重要价值。以嵌入理论、TOE理论为基础构建理论模型,基于农业企业问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型实证分析了农产品供应链数字化转型动力机制,提出了转型的组态路径。结果表明:链主企业可持续发展需求、断链风险和价值链调整等内部动力因素显著正向影响农产品供应链数字化转型,其中断链风险的影响最大;政策支持、市场竞争和数字技术发展等外部动力因素也显著正向影响农产品供应链数字化转型,其中数字技术发展的影响最明显。基于内外因素的组合影响,应用模糊集定性比较分析方法,提出了农产品供应链数字化转型的三种组态路径,即技术支撑下的“断链风险+价值链调整”推动型、技术支撑下的“断链风险+可持续发展需求”推动型以及政策支持和市场竞争驱动下的“内部因素”推动型组态路径,且每一种路径均体现了技术、风险、竞争、政策与可持续发展需求等要素的差异化组合。为保障农产品供应链数字化转型顺利进行,农业企业要加强断链风险评估、技术实施框架构建和长效机制建设,政府要强化顶层设计、提高政策的精准性。
英文摘要:
      The agri-food supply chain digital transformation (ASCDT) is a critical path for upgrading traditional agri-food supply chains, holding significant value for enhancing circulation efficiency and achieving high-quality development of agri-food supply chains. Based on the embeddedness theory and the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) theory, this paper empirically analyzes the driving mechanism of ASCDT by using questionnaire data from agricultural enterprises and adopting the structural equation model (SEM) and then proposes configuration paths of the ASCDT. The results show that internal driving factors such as chain leaders’ sustainability demand, supply chain disruption risk, and value chain adjustment significantly and positively influence the ASCDT. Notably, the supply chain disruption risk exerts the most pronounced effect. External driving factors, including policy support, market competition, and digital technology development, also significantly and positively influence the ASCDT, among which the impact of digital technology development stands out most prominently. Based on the combined effects of the internal and external factors, this study, by employing fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), identifies three configuration paths of the ASCDT:(1) the technology-enabled path of supply chain disruption risk + value chain adjustment; (2) the technology-enabled path of supply chain disruption risk + sustainability demand; and (3) the internal factors-driven path facilitated by policy support and market competition. Each path reflects distinct configurations of technological, risk, competition, policy, and sustainability demand factors. Therefore, to ensure smooth ASCDT, agricultural enterprises should strengthen supply chain disruption risk assessment, establish technical implementation frameworks, and build long-term mechanisms, while the government should enhance top-level design to improve policy precision.
