      数字贸易条款已成为区域贸易协定(RTA)谈判的核心议题之一。基于TAPED数据库,构建了数字贸易条款深度指标,并结合2001—2021年66个经济体的双边全球服务价值链参与度数据,系统考察了RTA数字贸易条款深度对缔约方双边全球服务价值链参与度的影响及作用机制。研究发现,RTA数字贸易条款深化能够显著提升缔约方双边全球服务价值链参与度,且这一提升作用可以通过降低跨境交易成本、改善制度环境和提高技术水平的传导路径来实现。异质性分析结果表明,上述提升作用在不同的服务行业之间、不同规则条款和网络结构的RTA之间及不同缔约环境的经济体之间存在一定差异。中国应积极参与数字贸易条款的谈判和制定,主动对接国际高标准数字贸易规则,在区域经济一体化进程中应优先选择与已有广泛贸易协定的经济体合作,并制定有利于营造高效监管制度环境的政策法规,加强内部治理能力建设,为提升全球服务价值链参与度创造良好氛围和有利条件。

      Digital trade provisions have become one of the core issues in the negotiations of regional trade agreements (RTAs). Based on the Trade Agreement Provisions on Electronic-commerce and Data (TAPED) database, this study constructs a digital trade provision depth index and systematically investigates the impact of depth of digital trade provisions in RTAs on bilateral participation in global service value chains and its mechanisms, using data from 66 economies from 2001 to 2021. The results demonstrate that deepening digital trade provisions in RTAs significantly enhances bilateral participation in global service value chains, primarily by reducing cross-border transaction costs, improving the institutional environment, and enhancing technological levels. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that this enhancing effect varies across service sectors, RTAs with varying provisions and network structures, and economies operating in distinct contracting environments. China should actively engage in the negotiations and formulation of digital trade provisions in RTAs, align with high-standard international digital trade rules, and prioritize cooperation with economies that have established extensive trade agreements during regional economic integration. Additionally, China should develop policies and regulations that foster an efficient regulatory environment while enhancing internal governance capabilities to create a favorable atmosphere and robust conditions for enhancing its participation in the global service value chain. 
