      Through a model of game theory and the relevant equilibrium analysis, this paper proposes a multi-layer and multi-angle control mechanism, the core of which is to improve the efficiency of internal capital market, in order to avoid efficiently the rent-seeking phenomenon within the group company in the process of internal capital allocation in the internal capital market.
