      It is a new way to study the Mergers & Acquisitions of enterprise from the perspective of capability. This thesis discusses the definition of Mergers & Acquisitions capability of enterprise , the theoretical and practical significance of the research on Mergers & Acquisitions capability and the way to stud the Mergers & Acquisitions capability. It puts forward the basic methods to identify and evaluate the Mergers & Acquisitions capability.
