      作为一种独特的投资形式,公司创业投资不仅能够帮助平台型企业实现技术创新,而且还能够通过促进平台型企业组织能力开发实现组织创新。通过对海尔集团这一典型案例进行探索性研究,从知识学习视角深入挖掘了公司创业投资如何影响平台型企业动态能力演化的内在规律。研究发现:平台型企业能够借助公司创业投资项目筛选、项目孵化以及项目投资三个阶段中个体与组织层面的不同学习效用,实现“知识获取能力—知识创造能力—知识整合能力”三个动态能力维度交替更迭、持续演进。进一步地,从知识要素角度出发将动态能力演进的实质归结为“经验—知识”的转化过程,将外部经验转变为内部知识,进而构建全新的知识体系,最终实现动态能力的演化。因此应鼓励平台型企业实施创业孵化与投资,发挥平台优势加速组织内部知识流通与转化,以实现动态能力提升。

      As a unique form of investment, corporate venture capital can help platform enterprises to realize technological innovation and organizational innovation by promoting the organizational capacity of platform enterprises. Through an exploratory study on the typical case of Haier Group, this paper, from the perspective of knowledge learning, explores the internal law of how corporate venture capital affects the evolution of dynamic capability of platform enterprises. It is found that platform enterprises can realize the alternation and continuous evolution of the three dynamic capacity dimensions of “knowledge acquisition ability-knowledge creation ability-knowledge integration ability” by virtue of different types of learning effectiveness at individual and organizational levels at the three stages of project screening, project incubation, and project investment. Further, based on knowledge elements, the essence of the evolution of dynamic capability is summed up as the transformation process of “experience-knowledge,” the external experience is transformed into internal knowledge, and then a new knowledge system is constructed, finally realizing the evolution of dynamic capability. Therefore, platform enterprises should be encouraged to carry out entrepreneurship incubation and investment, and accelerate the flow and transformation of knowledge within an organization by giving full play to the advantages of a platform, so as to improve dynamic capabilities. 
