      中华文明源远流长、博大精深,是中华民族独特的精神标识。坚守中华文化立场,提炼展示中华文明的文化精髓,对于加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系、增强中华文明传播力影响力具有重要意义。面对中华民族伟大复兴的战略布局和世界百年未有之大变局,提出建设“中华文明中轴带”,使之成为实现中华民族伟大复兴的新文化地标、乡村振兴的新引擎、社会经济高质量发展的新增长极。从地理、历史、文化、生态、发展五个维度提出了建设“中华文明中轴带”的逻辑依据,并在此基础上提出建设目标和任务,具体包括建设中华文明和历史文化传承保护带、中国式现代化高质量发展创新样板、中华民族精神传承的新文化空间和中华文明黄金旅游带等。建设“中华文明中轴带”的主要路径包括加强顶层设计、全面布局重大文化工程、坚持系统治理和创新思维、打造红色教育和青少年研学实践平台、系统规划和营销中华文明基金旅游带等 。

      The Chinese civilization, extensive and profound, has a long history and is the unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation. Carrying forward Chinese culture and exploring the cultural essence of Chinese civilization are of great significance for accelerating the construction of the Chinese discourse system, and enhancing the influence of Chinese civilization. Facing the strategic layout of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and global changes of a magnitude not seen in a century, it is proposed to build the “Central Axis Belt” of Chinese civilization. The “Central Axis Belt” is a new cultural landmark for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, a new engine for rural revitalization, and a new growth pole for social and economic development. The logical basis of building the “Central Axis Belt” of Chinese civilization is put forward in dimensions of geographical space, historical archaeology, cultural inheritance, ecological civilization, and high-quality development. On this basis, the objectives and main tasks of building the “Central Axis Belt” of Chinese civilization are put forward, including the construction of the national historical and cultural inheritance protection belt, the innovation demonstration belt of high-quality development of Chinese modernization, the new cultural space for the inheritance of Chinese civilization, and the golden tourism belt of Chinese civilization. The main paths to build the “Central Axis Belt” of Chinese civilization include strengthening top-level design, promoting major cultural projects, adhering to systemic governance and innovative thinking, building platforms for red culture education and teenagers' research and study, and systematically planning and promoting the golden tourism belt of Chinese civilization. 
