      随着中国经济稳步发展,综合国力不断提高,对外开放力度不断加大,人民的物质生活水平得到了极大提高,但中华优秀传统文化的传承却未得到足够重视,享乐主义等负面价值观不可避免地对社会经济发展造成冲击,亟须用中华优秀传统文化来坚定文化自信,强化理想信念。同时,社会意识对社会经济发展具有能动的反作用,中华优秀传统文化倡导的正能量、正价值对中国特色社会主义市场经济体制能够起到有力的助推作用。“讲仁爱、重民本”的思想有助于深刻理解和把握以人民为中心的发展思想,推进“四个全面”布局,开展市场经济体制改革,打造有为政府；“守诚信、崇正义”的思想有助于建立有效市场,加强市场经济体制的法治化、制度化建设；“尚和合、求大同”的思想有助于推动市场经济体制的制度型开放,构建新发展格局。基于上述结论,建议与学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想紧密结合,统筹处理“守”与“变”和“中”与“外”两组关系,抓好中小企业人员、基层官员、青年学生等三个“重点群体”,进一步弘扬中华优秀传统文化助推中国构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制。

      With the development of China's economy, the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the opening up to the outside world, people's living standards have been greatly improved. However, the inheritance of excellent Chinese traditional culture has not been paid enough attention to, and passive values such as hedonism have negatively influenced the socio-economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the confidence in Chinese culture through carrying forward excellent Chinese traditional culture. In addition, as social consciousness has a dynamic reaction to socio-economic development, positive values advocated by excellent Chinese traditional culture can significantly promote the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The ideology of attaching importance to benevolence and people-oriented development is conducive to understanding the people-centered philosophy of development, facilitating the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy (specifically, promoting coordinate efforts to build a modern socialist country in all respects, comprehensively deepen reform, fully advance the law-based governance of China, and strengthen Party self-governance in every respect), promoting reform of the market economy, and building a promising government. The ideology of upholding integrity and righteousness is conducive to establishing an effective market and strengthening the institutionalization and legalization of the market economy. The ideology of seeking great harmony is conducive to promoting the opening up of the market economy system and building a new development pattern. Therefore, it is suggested that we should study and practice Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, make a balance between conservativeness and reform and between Chinese and Western thoughts, and pay special attention to the three groups of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, grassroots officials and students, so as to build a high-level socialist market economy through carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
