      国有企业数字化战略变革是实现双碳目标的有效手段,其变革模式、路径及保障机制值得深入研究。基于数字技术赋能以及绿色低碳技术探索与利用两个维度,总结出低碳产品优化型、低碳流程变革型、数据资源主导型和数字生态导向型等双碳目标下国有企业数字化战略变革的模式;在此基础上提出:明确数字技术赋能和绿色低碳创新协同发展、推动数字技术赋能的能源行业碳减排、探索绿色低碳创新的文旅产业转型方式、建立涵盖目标企业上下游的绿色制造供应链体系等四条变革路径。建议国有企业要探索以“数字人”为主体的双碳数字化人才培养模式,打造适应新管理情境的数字化动态能力,构建以数据中台为支撑的数字化组织结构,建设以数字技术为基础的绿色数字化生态系统,以切实保障国有企业数字化战略变革的顺利实施。研究结论对国有企业在当前我国双碳目标下如何有效开展数字化战略变革有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      The digital strategic change is an effective approach for state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. To this end, we found that it is worthy of further study on the pattern, path and guarantee mechanism of SOEs' digital strategic change. Based on two dimensions of digital technology empowerment and exploration and exploitation of green and low-carbon technology, we summarize four major patterns:low-carbon product optimization, low-carbon process change, data resource dominance and digital ecology orientation. On this basis, efforts should be made to integrate digital technology and green and low-carbon development, promote carbon emission reduction underpinned by digital technology, explore the development path of green and low-carbon innovation in cultural and tourism industry, and establish a green manufacturing supply chain system covering the upstream and downstream of target enterprises. In order to ensure that the SOEs' digital strategic change can be smoothly carried out, we put forward the following four measures:exploring the digital talent training program with digital people as the main body under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, developing digital dynamic capabilities geared to the need of new management context, establishing a digital organizational structure supported by the data platform, and constructing a green and digital ecosystem driven by digital technology. These findings have implications for guiding how SOEs could effectively carry out digital strategic change to realize the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. 
