      随着数字经济时代的到来,劳动者工作搜寻渠道发生了极大变革。基于数字经济时代工作搜寻模式变革、网络招聘发展及其内在逻辑分析,运用2019年的微观调查数据,验证了网络招聘政策对劳动者工作搜寻渠道选择的影响。研究发现:(1)工作渠道的多样化体现为岗位信息投放方式、劳动力供需信息传递方式以及求职者与企业沟通方式的多样化,推动变革的内在动力主要是数字经济新政策、信息技术快速发展、劳动者素质普遍提升和劳动力市场的进一步分割。(2)网络招聘政策对劳动者工作搜寻渠道选择有显著正向影响,政策效应在正规就业和非正规就业领域都非常显著;相比非国有部门,网络招聘政策对国有部门的影响更为显著,说明国有部门的政策执行力更强。因此,建议进一步完善劳动力求职特别是与网络招聘相关的法律制度,充分利用大数据、云计算等技术提升就业公共服务质量。

      With the advent of the digital economy era, job search channels for job seekers have went through enormous changes. Based on analyzing the changing pattern of job search, the development of online recruitment and the inherent logic behind it in the digital economy era, this study, using the micro-level recruitment survey data in 2019, examines the impacts of online recruitment policies on the selection of job search channels by job seekers. The major findings of this study include:1) the diversified work channels are mirrored in the diversity in the ways of posting job information, in the ways of transmitting the information on the demands and supply of labor and in the ways of communication between job seekers and enterprises. Forces that contributed to these changes include the introduction of new digital economy policies, the rapid development of information technology, the general improvement of the competency of laborers and the further segmentation of the labor market. 2) Online recruitment policies have a significant positive impact on the selection of job search channels by job seekers, and the policy effect is very significant for both the formal employment and the informal employment. Meanwhile, compared with the non-state sector, the online recruitment policies have a more significant impact on the state-owned sector, indicating that the state-owned sector tends to have stronger capability for policy implementation. Therefore, the study suggests that more efforts should be made to improve the laws related to the labor market in general and online recruitment in particular and to make full use of technologies like big data and cloud computing to improve the quality of public services in the field of employment.
