      统筹推进现代流通体系建设,是促进消费扩容提质并加快构建“双循环”新发展格局的重要方面。但是,学界对现代流通体系的定义与内部结构均缺乏深入探讨,可能导致流通学术研究的混乱或对流通政策的误导。以流通相关术语的考证与辨析为起点,以马克思政治经济学关于流通与流通过程的理论剖析为基础,对与现代流通体系相关的基本理论进行了初步探讨,将现代流通体系界定为“围绕数量庞大的商品(或服务)和各种类型的中间商,通过以货币为媒介的交换形成的多层次的分工分业体系与复杂适应系统”,厘清了现代流通体系的多层次的圈层结构、多维度的复杂网络结构和多层级的迂回结构。应加强对现代流通体系基本概念、基本理论的研究,强化现代流通体系建设过程中的整体化统筹推进,以促进马克思政治经济学基本原理与中国特色流通体系建设实践有机结合,推进现代流通体系建设。

      Promoting the construction of modern circulation system as a whole is an important aspect to consumption expansion and quality improvement to accelerate new development pattern of “dual circulation”. However, there is a lack of in-depth discussion on the definition and internal structure of modern circulation system in academia which might cause confusion in academic research on circulation or mislead the circulation policy. Starting from the textual research and analysis of circulation-related terminology, based on the theoretical analysis of circulation and circulation process in Marxist political economics, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the basic theories related to modern circulation system which can be defined as a multi-level labor and industry division system and complex adaptive system centered on a large quantity of goods (or services) and various types of middlemen through currency-mediated exchanges. This paper clarifies the multi-level circle structure, multi-dimension complex network structure, and multi-stage roundabout structure of modern circulation system. It is supposed to reinforce the research on the basic concepts and basic theories of modern circulation system, strengthen the integration and overall planning in the construction of modern circulation system, promote the organic combination of basic principles of Marxist political economics and the practice of circulation system construction with Chinese characteristics, and make a promotion in modern circulation system construction. 
