      共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。我国要实现的是全体人民的共同富裕而不是少数人的共同富裕,要促进人的全面发展和社会的全面进步,强调过程和结果都要公平,而且我国在人类历史上第一次制定了实现共同富裕的时间表和路线图。共同富裕要紧紧围绕增进经济增长的充分性、发展的平衡性以及提高中等收入群体比重这三个方面做文章,这注定是个长期的、艰巨的、复杂的过程。为此,要坚持社会主义基本经济制度,推动经济高质量发展,加强普惠性人力资本投资,改善收入分配制度和政策,统筹城乡区域发展。

英文摘要:

      Common prosperity is the requirement of the nature of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization. China aims to achieve the common prosperity for all people not just for minority, promote all-round human development and social progress, with the emphasis on the fairness of both process and result. Moreover, this is for the first time in human history that a timetable and road map have had been formulated for achieving common prosperity. Common prosperity should focus on the three aspects:improving the adequacy of economic growth, keeping the balance of development, and increasing the proportion of middle-income groups. This is destined to be a long-term, arduous, and complex process. To this end, we must adhere to the basic socialist economic system, promote the high-quality economic development, strengthen the inclusive human capital investment,Improve income distribution system and policies, and coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. 
