      全渠道模式下的农产品供应链整合强调以消费需求为核心、以全渠道能力为支撑的供应链成员间的协调与协作,探究全渠道模式下农产品供应链整合对公司绩效的影响机理,对于农业企业开展全渠道供应链整合实践具有重要现实意义。设计了以供应链整合为前因变量,以需求响应为中介变量,以公司绩效为结果变量的研究模型,在此基础上,通过对农产品加工企业的问卷调查,实证分析了农产品供应链整合对公司绩效的影响及其作用机理,并探讨了全渠道能力的调节作用。研究表明:农产品供应链内部整合对外部整合(供应商整合和客户整合)有积极影响,外部整合对需求响应有积极影响,需求响应对公司绩效也有积极影响,但农产品供应链整合对公司绩效的直接效应不显著;需求响应在供应链外部整合与公司绩效之间发挥了完全中介作用;全渠道能力正向调节了外部整合和需求响应之间的关系。基于上述研究结论,农产品加工企业一方面要加强内部整合,以更好地促进外部整合,实现需求快速响应,进而提升公司绩效;另一方面要加强全渠道能力建设,为供应链外部整合促进需求响应创造良好的外部条件。
英文摘要:
      The agro-food supply chain integration (ASCI) in the context of omni-channel mode emphasizes the coordination and collaboration among supply chain members, which is centered on consumer demand and supported by omni-channel capability. It is of great realistic significance for agricultural enterprises to carry out the omni-channel supply chain integration practice to explore the influence mechanism of ASCI on firm performance in the context of omni-channel mode. This paper builds a research model with supply chain integration as antecedent variable, demand response as mediating variable and firm performance as dependent variable. On that basis, through the questionnaire among agro-food processing enterprises, it empirically analyzes the impact of ASCI on firm performance and explores the moderating effect of omni-channel capability. The research findings reveal that internal integration of agro-food supply chain has a positive impact on external integration (supplier integration and customer integration), external integration has a positive impact on demand response, and demand response also has a positive impact on firm performance. However, the direct effect of agro-food supply chain integration (ASCI) on firm performance is not significant. The “demand response” plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between “external integration and firm performance”. The omni-channel capability positively moderates the relationship between external integration and demand response. On the basis of above research conclusions, on one hand, agro-food processing enterprises should strengthen the internal integration so as to better promote external integration, accomplish the quick demand response and then improve firm performance. On the other hand, processing enterprises should also strengthen the construction of omni-channel capabilities to create favorable conditions for external integration of supply chain to promote demand response. 
