      在构建供需互促、产销并进的国内国际双循环新发展格局背景下,流通服务业和制造业的融合发展是应有之义。在对流通服务业和制造业融合度进行测算的基础上,通过构建中介效应和调节效应模型,利用2009—2018年的省级面板数据实证检验了互联网影响流通服务业与制造业融合的作用机制。实证结果表明:互联网的发展有力地促进了流通服务业与制造业的融合,并且这种作用是通过交易成本的降低、市场需求的扩大以及企业技术创新能力的提高来实现的;市场化程度越高,政府产业政策的支持力度越大,互联网对流通服务业和制造业的融合促进作用越强。进一步地,地区分样本的检验结果显示:在东部和中部地区,交易成本、市场需求和技术创新具有部分中介效应,且市场化程度和产业政策发挥着正向调节作用;在西部地区,交易成本、市场需求和技术创新的中介效应都不显著,市场化程度和产业政策的调节作用也不明显。因而,提高互联网发展水平,加大企业信息投入,推动基于互联网的商业模式创新,促进供需有效对接,以及持续优化营商环境,是有效发挥互联网促融合作用的重要途径。

      Under the background of building a new development pattern of both domestic and international cycles with mutual promotion of supply & demand and progress of manufacturing & marketing, it is reasonably expected for the integration of circulation service industry and manufacturing industry. On the basis of measuring the integration degree in circulation service industry and manufacturing industry, this paper constructs the mediating effect and moderating effect models to empirically test the influence mechanism of the Internet on the integration of circulation service industry and manufacturing industry, using the provincial panel data during the years from 2009 to 2018. The empirical result shows that the Internet development effectively promotes the integration of circulation service industry and manufacturing industry. Moreover, such effect is achieved through the reduction of transaction costs, the expansion of market demand and the improvement of technological innovation capability in an enterprise. The higher the degree of marketization and the greater the government industrial policy support, the stronger the promotion effect of the Internet on the integration of circulation service industry and manufacturing industry. Furthermore, the results of the regional samples show that transaction cost, market demand and technological innovation in the eastern and central regions have partly mediating effects. Moreover, marketization degree and industrial policy play a positive moderating role. Transaction cost, market demand and technological innovation have no significant mediating effect in the western China, and the moderating effect of marketization degree and industrial policy is not obvious, either. Therefore, improving the development level of the Internet, increasing the input of enterprise information, promoting the innovation of Internet-based business models, promoting the effective connection between supply and demand, and continuously optimizing the business environment are the important ways to effectively play the role of the Internet in promoting the integration. 
