      改革开放后,中国科技服务业快速发展,科技服务业能够促进制造业向高端环节攀升,但是当前科技服务业集聚对我国产业升级的影响研究仍显匮乏。基于2008—2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用中介效应分析方法,构建了空间权重矩阵,考察了科技服务业集聚对产业升级的影响。研究结果表明,中国各省份科技服务业具有很强的空间关联性,科技服务业集聚对产业升级具有显著正向影响；中国科技服务业集聚能通过劳动生产率正向促进产业升级,且能够通过创新产出中的中间产出和创新产出中的最终产出影响产业升级；东部地区和西部地区科技服务业集聚能够通过经济发展水平促进产业结构提升。因此,应制定政策促进科技服务业集聚,大力发挥科技服务业集聚对创新产出中中间产出的推动效应及其对创新产出中最终产出的推动效应；促进科技服务业与制造业融合发展,加快科技服务业发展步伐,建立企业、高校、科研机构良性互动机制。最后,针对当前西部地区引进外资不能促进该地区产业升级的事实,西部地区应不断提升引进外资的质量。

      Since the reform and opening up, China's science and technology service industry has been developing rapidly. Science and technology service industry can promote the rise of manufacturing industry to the high-end level, but it is still scarce for the research on the impact of science and technology service industry agglomeration on China's industrial upgrading. By using the mediation effect analysis method and constructing the spatial weight matrices, based on the panel data of 30 provinces during the years from 2008 to 2018,this paper tests the influence of science and technology service industry agglomeration on the upgrading of industrial structure in China. The research results indicate that the science and technology service industry in various provinces has a strong spatial correlation. The science and technology service industry agglomeration has a significantly positive impact on the upgrading of China's industrial structure. It can promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure through labor productivity. It can promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure through intermediate output and ultimate output in innovation output. In the eastern region and the western region, it can promote the upgrading of industrial structure through economic development. Therefore, policies should be made to promote the agglomeration of science and technology service industry. The driving effect of science and technology service industry agglomeration on intermediate output and ultimate output should be promoted. The integration development of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry should be promoted. We should speed up the development of science and technology service industry and establish a benign interaction mechanism among enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions. Due to the fact that foreign investment in the western region cannot promote the industrial upgrading, the quality of foreign investment should be constantly improved in the western region. 
