      通过历史追踪,分析了供应链管理在我国兴起的原因和过程,认为改革开放是供应链管理兴起的外部压力,经济、社会、技术发展是供应链管理发展的内生动力,供应链管理已经成为我国进一步发展的新动能。通过文献梳理,总结了供应链管理的定义、内涵、功能、构成以及供应链与产业链和价值链的关系,在此基础上,归纳并深入分析了供应链管理的新特征。通过学科发展评估,认为建立供应链管理学科的时机已经成熟,并从学科设置目的、学科定义、要解决的科学问题、学科层次、学科结构、学科属性、学科分类、学科框架等方面提出了构建供应链管理新学科的具体设想。最后,提出了利用供应链管理的新特征开发供应链管理新动能、构建供应链管理新学科的相关建议。研究结论可以丰富人们对供应链管理本质特征的认识,对改善供应链管理、构建供应链管理理论体系及学科体系具有指导意义。

英文摘要:

      By reviewing the history, this paper examines the reasons and process for the rise of supply chain management (SCM) in China. It is believed that the reform and opening up to the outside world is regarded as the external pressure while the economic, social and technological development is the internal driving force for the development of SCM, which has already become the new dynamics for China's further development. By combing up the literature review, it sums up the SCM's definition, connotation, function and structure as well as relationship among supply chain, industrial chain and value chain. On that basis, it summarizes and analyzes deeply the new features of SCM. By evaluating the development of discipline, it suggests that it is high time to construct a new discipline of SCM. From the objectives of the discipline, definition of the discipline, scientific problems to be solved by the discipline, discipline levels, discipline structure, discipline attributes, discipline classification, discipline framework, etc., it puts forward the concrete idea to construct the new discipline of SCM. Finally, it proposes to develop the new dynamics and build the new discipline of SCM by making the use of the new features of SCM. The research conclusion can enrich the understandings of the SCM substantial features, which is of guiding significance to improving the SCM and establishing the theoretic system and discipline system of SCM. 
