      纵观学术界关于消费性服务业发展的相关研究成果,研究主题和内容呈现先深后广的态势;研究方法上从定性分析出发,后期逐步实现定性和定量分析的结合;研究视野出现多样化、多学科交叉融合的特点。新中国成立70年以来,对消费性服务业的研究与每个阶段国家相关重要政策出台紧密关联,同时国民经济增长和网络信息技术也促进了研究主题的全面发展。从消费性服务业研究的发展历程上看,1949—1978年为起步探索时期,从保障人民群众生活角度探索了以商业为主体的消费性服务业业态的发展;1979—1991年为理论发展阶段,从服务经济理论角度阐释了消费性服务业的本质和特征;1992—2006年为深化拓展阶段,从服务业发展实践角度探讨了消费性服务业对经济发展的影响;2007年以后进入繁荣发展阶段,从消费性服务业整体角度探讨了其实践发展和理论创新。消费性服务业的研究范式和理论体系尚未构建完全,未来需要拓展研究内容和研究范畴,进一步完善相关理论研究框架。
英文摘要:
      A general survey shows a “first deep and then broad” trend in the research topics and contents regarding the relevant research results on the development of consumer service industry. The research methods start from qualitative analysis, and gradually turn into a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research horizon appears a diversified and interdisciplinary exploration. The research on consumer service industry during the 70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China is closely related to the relevant national policies at each stage. Meanwhile, the national economic growth and network information technology also promote the comprehensive development of the research topic. In terms of development process, the years from 1949 to 1978 is the initial exploration period for consumer service industry research, focusing on the development of consumer service format with the commerce as the main body from the perspective of guaranteeing people's life. The years from 1979 to 1991 is the stage of theoretical development to elaborate on the essence and characteristics of consumer service industry from the perspective of service economy theory. The years from 1992 to 2006 is the deepening and expanding stage, with the research on the influence of consumer service industry upon economic development from the practical perspective of service industry development. Since 2007, the study of consumer service industry has entered into the prosperity stage to explore its practical development and theoretical innovation from an overall perspective of consumer service industry. The research paradigm and theoretical system of consumer service industry have not been completely constructed. In the future, it is necessary to expand the research content and research scale, and further improve the relevant theoretical research framework. 
