      新中国成立70年来,经济发展经历了四次大的转型,这些转型是推动中国经济高速增长的源泉,同时也是判断未来经济走向的基本依据。当前,在经济发展进入新常态的背景下,中国正在经历后工业化时代新一轮经济增长路径的转型和重塑,存在的风险仍不容忽视。“稳中求进”的提出对找到新的平衡点、实现国民经济健康发展至关重要,已经被提升到“治国理政重要原则”和“经济工作方法论”的高度。对此,在梳理70年国民经济演进的阶段特征基础之上,对国民经济从追求高速发展转向“稳中求进”进行了经济学分析,提出了新时代背景下落实“稳中求进”的实现路径。

      In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, its economy development has undergone four major transformations, which are not only the drivers to the rapid economic growth but also the fundamental basis to forecast the future economic trend. In the current context that the economic development has entered the “New Normal”, China is undergoing another round of transformation and reshaping to the economic growth path in the post-industrialization era, and the existing risks cannot be ignored. The proposal of “seeking progress in stability” is vital to a new balance to realize the healthy development of national economy, and it has been enhanced to the high level as “crucial principles to governing the country” and “methodology of economic work”. In this regard, based on the recap of evolution characteristics of national economy in the 70 years, this paper makes an economic analysis of the transformation of national economy from pursuing the high-speed development to “seeking progress in stability”. It puts forward the breakthrough path to “seeking progress in stability” in the new era. 
