      促进制造业与服务业的深度融合是实现制造业高质量发展的应有之义,而扩大生产性服务业对外开放则是推进制造业和生产性服务业融合的有效手段。基于2004—2014年的行业面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型,并结合工具变量法,从整体和细分行业角度考察了生产性服务业对外开放对制造业与生产性服务业融合的影响。研究发现:从整体来看,以生产性服务业外商直接投资和服务贸易为代表的生产性服务对外开放有助于促进制造业与生产性服务业的产业融合；从分行业来看,运输和通信服务对外开放对提高制造业与生产性服务业产业融合的影响最为明显,金融服务、租赁和商务服务对外开放也有利于促进产业融合,而计算机和信息服务对外开放对产业融合的影响并不显著。要通过进一步降低服务业外资准入门槛、简化投资审批流程、提供良好投资环境等综合措施,积极吸引优质外资流向服务业尤其是生产性服务业,进一步推进制造业和生产性服务业的融合发展。

      Promoting the deep integration of manufacturing industry and service industry is the proper way to realize the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Expanding the opening up of productive service industry is an effective means to promote the integration of manufacturing industry and productive service industry. Based on the 2004—2014 industry panel data, this paper adopts the two-way fixed effect model and combines the instrumental variable method to examine the impact of the opening up of the productive service industry on the industrial integration of manufacturing industry and productive service industry from the perspective of the overall and sub-sector industries. The research finds that, as a whole, the opening up of productive services represented by foreign direct investment and service trade in productive services will promote the integration of manufacturing and productive service industries. From the perspective of sub-sectors, the opening up of transportation and communication services has the most obvious impact on improving the industrial integration of manufacturing and productive services. The opening up of financial services, leasing and business services is also conducive to promoting industrial integration, while the impact of computer and information services on industrial integration is not significant. In order to further promote the integration of manufacturing and productive services, it is necessary to actively attract high-quality foreign capital to the service industry, especially the productive service industry, and further promote the integration of manufacturing and productive service industry by further lowering the comprehensive entry barriers for foreign investment in the service industry, simplifying the investment approval process, and providing a good investment environment. 
