      随着京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略,京津冀流通业正面临着重要的历史发展机遇。基于网络的视角,从理论上探讨了京津冀流通业网络化协同的内涵与特征,并构建了京津冀流通业网络化协同的结构与运行路径。京津冀流通业网络化协同由战略协同、组织协同、资源协同与能力协同构成,网络参与主体在战略、资源、能力的驱动下,通过分析环境影响因素,构建科学合理的网络机制,搭建信息共享的网络平台,促进流通资源的整合优化,推动流通企业的协同合作,最终实现提高流通效率、降低运行成本的网络化协同目标。为促进京津冀流通业网络化协同发展,应加强地方政府政策引导,完善行业协会服务支持体系,强化流通企业自主创新和协作能力。

      With the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development becoming a national strategy, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry is facing an important historical development opportunity. Based on the network perspective, this paper theoretically discusses the connotation and the characteristics of networking collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry, and constructs the structure and operation path of networking collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry. The networking collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry is composed of strategic collaboration, organizational collaboration, resource collaboration and capability collaboration. Driven by strategy, resource and capability, network participants analyze the factors influencing environment, formulate the scientific and reasonable network mechanism, build the information-sharing network platform, promote the integration and optimization of circulation resources, accelerate the collaboration among circulation enterprises and ultimately achieve the goals of network collaboration:improving the circulation efficiency and reducing the operation cost. In order to promote the development of networking collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei circulation industry, local governments should strengthen the policy guidance, industry associations should improve their service support systems, and circulation enterprises should strengthen their independent innovation and collaboration ability.
