中文摘要:
      从女性董事的职能、女性董事与企业绩效、女性董事与企业战略行为三个方面梳理了女性董事国内外研究现状。研究发现:国内外学者重点分析并实证检验了女性董事对企业绩效的影响,而较少关注并考察其对企业战略行为的影响;以往研究还重点关注并检验了女性董事与企业财务绩效二者之间的直接关系,但却忽略了考察女性董事为什么以及怎样影响企业财务绩效的作用机制,这也是导致目前尚未得出一致性研究结论的重要原因;此外,中国情境下的女性董事影响企业的作用机制需要展开深入分析和考察,因为以往相关研究主要是基于美国等西方国家企业展开的,对中国等新兴市场国家上市公司的关注较少,未来有待进一步构建中国情境下女性董事对企业影响机制的理论框架体系。
英文摘要:
      This paper systematically reviews the literature home and abroad on female directors from three perspectives such as female directors' function, the relationship between female directors and corporate performance, and the relationship between female directors and corporate strategic behaviors. The research finds that the scholars home and abroad emphatically analyze and examine the impact of female directors on corporate performance, but they pay less concern to examine their impact on corporate strategic behaviors. The previous researches focus on and examine the direct relationship between female directors and corporate financial performance. However, they pay little attention to the mechanism why and how the female directors influence corporate financial performance, which is an important reason for the failure to arrive at a consistent research conclusion. Besides, a further analysis and examination should be made on the mechanism for female directors to impact an enterprise in China's context. Because previous researches are mainly based on the developed countries such as USA, little concern is paid to the listed companies in the newly emerging markets such as China, which should be explored more to construct a theoretic framework about the mechanism of female directors' influence on Chinese firms. 
