“一带一路”倡议是中国扩大对外开放、应对经济“新常态”下行压力的重大举措,与沿线国家开展项目对接则是“一带一路”倡议实施的起点。基于“一带一路”倡议的意义及宗旨,分析了与中国与“一带一路”沿线国家进行项目对接所面临的主要风险,包括政治风险、经济风险及其他风险,并据此提出要以政府顶层设计、宏观对接为主应对政治风险,以企业微观对接、跨国经营为主应对经济风险,同时结合政府职能及企业市场化经营来形成国家竞争力,以有效规避其他风险。 |

The Belt and Road Initiative is an important step for China to expand the opening-up to the world and cope with the pressure of economic slowdown under “New Normal”. The project matchmaking with the countries along the route is the beginning of the Belt and Road Initiative. Based on the significance and the aim of the Belt and Road Initiative, this paper analyzes the main risks in such project matchmaking, including political risks, economic risks and other risks. Accordingly, it points out that political risks should be coped with mainly by government through top-level design and macroscopic matchmaking; economic risks should be coped with mainly through enterprises through microscopic matchmaking and multinational management; and in the meantime, to avoid other risks, government functions and marketing management of enterprise should be combined to form national competitiveness. |
