      美国次贷危机后的世界经济,步履蹒跚,逆全球化成为今天经济学领域和国际经济关系领域讨论的重要话题。经济全球化并不是制度安排,它是一个世界经济联系日益密切的过程,必然是在起伏中进展着的。目前,经济全球化正在酝酿着转型。共商共建共享,构建互联互通的新平台,在形成世界新的价值链过程中更加注重世界相对落后国家的普惠型经济发展,这些是经济全球化未来的发展方向。中国“一带一路”愿景的推进,将为经济全球化提供不同于过去的机会,在互联互通的新平台基础上构建新的世界价值链以及“一带一路”沿线各个经济体之间内在的经济联系,给它们带来新的经济发展增量。

      The world economy faltered after the Sub-prime Mortgage Crisis in the U. S.A.. De-globalization has become an important topic in both Economics and International Economic Relation. Economic globalization is not an institutional arrangement but a process of increasingly close economic relations in the world, and a definite development with ups and downs. Today, the economic globalization is transforming in direction of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration, building up a new platform for connectivity, focusing on the inclusive development for the relatively less developed countries (LDCs) in the world. The Belt and Road Initiative by China will provide the opportunities different from the past for economic globalization, construct the new value chains worldwide on the new platform of connectivity as well as the inherent economic ties among the economies along the Belt and Road route with new incremental economic development. 
