      为了验证市场竞争、融资约束与出口企业研发的关系,利用中国工业企业数据库中2005—2007年的微观企业数据,考察了市场竞争与融资约束对出口企业研发的影响。研究结果表明,在样本期内,市场竞争对出口企业研发的影响呈现为倒U型关系,即:一定程度的市场竞争会促进出口企业的研发,而过度的市场竞争则会抑制出口企业研发。融资约束对出口企业研发具有抑制效应,但是对于不同类型的所有制企业,其抑制的显著性存在差异。融资约束对民营和外资出口企业的研发抑制作用显著,而对国有出口企业的影响不明显。

英文摘要:

      To test the relationship among market competition, financial constraint and R&D in export firms, this paper examines the impact of market competition and financial constraint on R&D in export firms, using the micro-firm data in China Industry Business Performance Data during the years from 2005 to 2007. The results show that, in the sample period, there is an inverted U relationship about the impact of market competition on R&D in export firms. That is to say, a certain degree of market competition will promote the R&D in export firms while the excessive market competition will curb the R&D in export firms. The financial constraint has an inhibitory effect on the R&D in export firms, but there are significant differences in inhibition for different ownership of enterprises. Financial constraint has the significant inhibitory effect on the R&D in private and foreign-funded export enterprises, but it has no significant impact on the state-owned export enterprises. 
