在当今竞争日益激烈的商业环境中,领导者的风格对员工的工作表现产生重要的影响。文章采用问卷调查法,以中国27家企业的员工和领导作为研究对象,考察服务型领导对员工工作表现的影响与作用机制,以及情感信任的中介作用。研究结果表明,服务型领导对员工的工作表现(包括员工个人绩效、组织公民行为以及工作满意度)具有显著的正向作用;领导情感信任在服务型领导和员工的工作表现之间起中介作用。研究结论对于在管理实践中如何培养员工对领导的情感信任,进而提高员工的工作表现有着重要的启示。 |

In today's increasingly competitive business environment, leadership style has an important influence on employees' work outcomes. This study uses a questionnaire survey method, with the employees and the leaders in China's 27 enterprises as research objects to examine the influence and mechanism of servant leadership on employees' work outcomes, and the mediating role of affective trust. The results show that servant leadership has a significantly positive influence on employee's work outcomes (including employee's job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction). Affective trust mediates the relations between servant leadership and employee work outcomes. This study has important practical enlightenment to business management on how to foster the affective trust in leadership and hence enhance employees' work outcomes. |
