      经济全球化为中国农业和农产品进一步开拓国际市场和利用国外资源提供了广阔空间。文章基于2005—2013年的省级面板数据,在开放经济视角下研究了农产品进出口贸易等因素对中国城镇化发展的影响。实证分析结果表明,农产品进出口贸易与地区间的城镇化水平呈正相关关系,其中,粮食主产区的农产品出口贸易能够显著促进其城镇化发展,而粮食主销区的农产品进口贸易对其城镇化水平的提升作用更为显著。综合来看,产销平衡区的农产品进出口贸易对其城镇化的发展也更多地起到了促进作用而不是抑制作用。为保障农产品有效供给和提升城镇化可持续发展能力,当下中国应努力加强农产品进出口贸易调控,积极支持优势农产品出口,把握好农产品进口的规模和节奏。同时,应促进产业结构调整与城镇化发展相协调,通过强化农业的基础地位,不断提高农民的收入水平。

      Economic globalization provides a broad space for China's agriculture and agricultural products to further expand the international market and use the foreign resources. This paper, based on the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2013, studies the impact of agricultural products import and export trade on China's urbanization development from the open economy perspective. The empirical analysis based on theoretical model shows that agricultural products import and export trade and the level of urbanization in the region are positively correlated with each other, what's more, the agricultural export trade has significant promoting effect on urbanization development in main grain producing area, while agricultural import trade has significant promoting effect on urbanization development in main grain consumption area. On the whole, the impact of agricultural products import and export trade on the urbanization development is more to promote than to inhibit in production and marketing balance area. In order to ensure the effective supply of agricultural products and enhance the sustainable development of urbanization, at present, China should work hard to strengthen the regulation of import and export trade of agricultural products, actively support the advantages of agricultural exports, grasp the scale and pace of agricultural imports. At the same time, we ought to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and the coordinated development of urbanization and through strengthen the agricultural foundation status, to further improve the income level of the farmers.
