      为全面把握中国流通产业发展质量,文章从区域差异的视角深入探究了中国流通效率问题。基于对既有流通效率测度指标体系的优化,运用主客观综合赋权法确定了流通效率测度指标权重,得到了2003—2013年全国31个省份的流通效率水平,并运用多种区域差异测度指标对中国流通效率区域差异进行了动态测度。实证结果显示,2003—2013年,全国各省份流通效率均呈现逐年提升态势,但其绝对增量存在差异,东部地区增量最大,中部地区次之,西部地区最小；流通效率区域相对差异缓慢缩小,但绝对差异的持续扩大仍应引起高度重视；东中西部三大地区内部的流通效率差异程度各异,东部地区内部差异程度始终最高,西部地区次之,中部地区最低；东中西部三大地区流通效率的区域内差异明显高于区域间差异。

      To fully grasp the development quality of Chinese circulation industry, this article conducted an in-depth study of the problem of circulation efficiency in China from the perspective of regional differences. Based on the optimization of the existing Circulation Efficiency Measurement Indicator System, we calculated the Circulation Efficiency in 31 provinces in China (2003—2013) by using comprehensive weighting method objectively and subjectively. And we measured dynamically the regional differences of Circulation Efficiency in China by using several indexes for measuring regional differences. The empirical results show that circulation efficiency in 31 provinces increased year by year from 2003 to 2013, but with different absolute increment. The eastern region witnesses the largest increment, the central region witnesses the second largest increase, while the western region witnesses the least increment. Relative differences of circulation efficiency were shrinking slowly, but absolute differences of circulation efficiency increased year by year, which needs be focused on. The difference degree of circulation efficiency in the eastern, central and western regions were not the same. The eastern region always has the largest intra-regional difference degree, the west region has the second largest, while the central region has the least difference degree. The degree of intra-regional difference in the east, central and west regions is much more than that of inter-regional differences. 
