随着互联网技术的升级和移动互联网的普及,互联网与实体零售的深度融合O2O无疑是流通创新的方向所在。文章分析了苏宁上线易购、融合双线运营,实现线上线下商品同质同价,然后更名为苏宁云商、打造数据云、金融云和物流云,形成O2O闭环,进而对全社会开放线上线下平台、充当实体和互联网企业接口,助力零售全行业 O2O转型。苏宁 O2O的成功探索为零售业提供了很好的示范,希望对传统零售商有所启发。 |

With the upgrading of internet technology and the popularity of mobile internet, the O2O with an in-depth integration of internet and retailers is undoubtedly the direction of distribution innovation. This paper analyzes Suning which was engaged in online Yigou and integrated O2O with the same quality and the same price for both online and offline commodities, and then changed its name to Suning Commerce Group to build data cloud, finance cloud and logistics cloud,forming a closed loop of O2O to further open both online and offline platforms to the whole society, acting as an interface of actual shops and internet enterprises to help the O2O transformation of the whole retail industry. The exploration success of Suning O2O has provided a good demonstration for retail industry, which is expected to enlighten traditional retailers. |
