      Division of labor, cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win” is the impetus for social progress, in which win-win is the foundation of exchange and mutual benefit is the core of cooperation. The win-win is the premise of state-to-state relationship in international trade, a guarantee to promote the coordinated and orderly development of national economy in regional trade and the foundation for ethnic unity in ethnic trade. With the win-win between enterprises, division of labor and cooperation in the society can be smoothly realized. With the win-win in agricultural product trade, the most fundamental interests of farmer group can be protected. With the win-win between business operators and consumers, a harmonious terminal market can be established. 
