      文章阐述了中国收入分配格局的主要特点和面临的难题,提出了收入分配制度改革的建议。中国收入差距出现了不断扩大趋势,同时收入分配不公问题也愈发严重。城乡之间收入差距的居高不下、垄断部门的畸高收入、社会保障制度的差别待遇、腐败官员以权谋私行为不仅扩大收入差距,也带来严重的收入分配不公,并且给我国社会经济长期稳定发展带来不利影响。解决收入分配问题的重点是努力消除收入分配不公,而解决之道是继续深化收入分配制度改革,并进行必要的政治体制改革。

英文摘要:

      This paper has elaborated the main features and challenges of China‘s income distribution pattern and presented suggestions for distribution system reform. Chinese income inequality has risen, and the problem of unfair distribution of income is increasingly serious. The income gap between urban and rural areas remaining high, the monopoly sectors having extremely high income, social security systems treating people differently, corrupt officials abusing power for their own interests not only widen income gap, but also bring more serious unfair distribution of income, which adversely affect China‘s economic and social long-term stability and development. The solution to the problem of income distribution should focus on efforts to eliminate unfair distribution of income, along with deepening reform of the income distribution system and political reform. 
