      通过构建供应链来整合资源并应对市场需求的快速变化,是一个行业获得竞争力的重要途径,但其先决条件是形成上下游之间彼此合作的渠道关系。文章以日本服装业为案例,考察这种关系型渠道的动态形成机制。结果表明,渠道环节内的横向结构与产销间的纵向关系是推动渠道演化的内部动力;在消费、技术、政策等环境因素作用下,行业内由路径依赖形成的多种跨环节合作形式成为服装供应链得以构建的基础。政府可以采取基于市场机制的间接手段,通过调整竞争关系以及支持标准制定和技术研发等来促进供应链的构建。
英文摘要:
      SCM based Quick Response to the consumers' demand is important for many industries to obtain competitiveness, while the cooperation among channel members is a prior condition. This paper studies the evolvement of brand fashion distribution channel in Japan as a case, and it reveals that the interaction between horizontal and vertical relations played an important role in channel evolution, while the cross-section cooperation in the industry, which was formed with path dependence and influenced by the conditions of consumption, technology and policy, made the base of the supply chain. The government can assist the construction of supply chain by supporting the development of industrial standard and R&D activities. 
