      当前我国宏观经济增速呈现连续回落调整态势,主要宏观经济指标持续走低,但是并不能简单地判断为周期性调整。由于人口结构、产业结构、分配结构和需求结构等长期趋势正在发生逆转,标志着原有经济增长模式的终结,经济已经进入发展阶段转换时期。为此,必须要把推动发展的立足点转到提高增长效益上来,通过在规模效率、技术效率、配置效率和管理效率四个维度持续推动改革,激活市场活力,提升全要素生产率,实现经济转型升级。

英文摘要:

      At present, China's economic growth trend shows a downward trend, main macroeconomic indicators continue declining, however, this should not be simply judged as cyclical adjustment.In fact, due to the reversing of the long-term trends of demographic structure, industrial structure, distribution structure, demand structure, and so on, old economic growth model is to end, China's economy has entered a development stage transformation period. Therefore, the foothold of promoting development should be transferred to the improvement of growth efficiency. The reform should be promoted from four dimensions of scale efficiency, technical efficiency, allocation efficiency and management efficiency, to stimulate the market's vitality, improve total factor productivity, and achieve economic restructuring and upgrading. 
