      To meet the demand of the era, we should adhere to business principle, which is of an objective need to improve the social status of business, and also a strategic task for business industry to implement the socialist core value outlook. Independence is the most basic connotation of business principle, a common requirement for market economy, the respect and maintenance for the interests of operators, and also gives both business partners the most equal and fairest rights. Equivalence is to respect and maintain the interests of both parties, which is the manifestation of market fairness and also the fundamental guarantee to maintain the market order. Cooperation is the duty of business and the mainstream of society. The basic function of business is through circulation to achieve the multi-field and multi-sided cooperation and create the polymerization for social development. All-win is the basis of cooperation and the impetus to push the social advance. "Favorable to the farmers, beneficial to the people, helpful to the enterprises, and powerful to the nation" is the basic principle that business should adhere to, which is also the basic measure of circulation revolution. 
