      欧盟法一体化的实现,有赖于产生它的基础性条约、与成员国权能的协调以及所处法系法律秩序的运作实践。通过对欧盟法一体化的条约基础、权能配置以及法律秩序运行等不同维度的考察及分析,可以看出欧盟法在实现一体化过程中具备的求“同”存“异”的协调、沟通之能,同时亦为中国参与区域经济一体化活动提供了借鉴和参考。

英文摘要:

      The integration of the EU laws depends on the basic treaties, harmonization of members' power and function, and running practice of legal systems. Through the investigation and analysis from different perspectives such as the foundation, power and function allocation, legal order operating in the integration of European Union law, it can be seen the harmonization and communication capabilities in the integration process of EU laws which seek common ground while reserving differences. Meanwhile, it can also render reference to China's participation in regional economic integration. 
