      如何应对决策不确定性一直是组织决策过程中十分重要的问题。在深入反思了信息相对缺乏时期决策经验论者和决策环境论者对决策不确定性的理解后,进一步分析了信息社会来临后决策信息论者和决策公平论者对决策不确定性认识的不足,同时探究了多元价值和大数据对决策不确定性的实质性影响。此外,还提出了三种应对决策不确定性的新策略:大数据分析策略、公平与信任策略和合作对话策略。

英文摘要:

      How to cope with the decision-making uncertainty has always been an important issue in the process of organizational decision-making. After a deep introspection on how decision-making empiricists and decision-making environmentalists understood the decision-making uncertainty in the era of relative lack of information, this paper further analyzes the insufficient knowledge of decision-making information theorists and decision fairness theorists in the information society. It probes into the substantial influence of multiple values and big data upon decision-making uncertainty. Moreover, it puts forward 3 coping strategies against decision-making uncertainty:Big Data analysis strategy, trust and fairness strategy, and cooperation-dialogue strategy. 
