      阴阳学说蕴含着系统论和辩证法思想,对现代企业管理有重要的现实意义。一方面,从阴阳对立和阴阳相生的角度出发,管理者应推动企业内部的相互制约和协作;另一方面,从“阳胜则热”和物极必反的角度出发,管理者应重视企业内部的阴阳平衡,优化管理方式。此外,阴阳调和的宝贵思想有助于企业在管理悖论中取得平衡。尽管阴阳学说可能引发诸如掩盖冲突、压抑创新、“和稀泥”等消极管理思想,但只要企业能够真正全面地理解阴阳学说的内涵,就可以减少这些消极管理思想的不利影响。
英文摘要:
      The theory of yin-yang contains rich ideology of system theory and dialectics, which has an important practical influence on modern business management. On one hand, based on the opposition and mutual promotion of yin-yang, managers should promote the mutual restraint and cooperation inside the company. On the other hand, based on transformation between yin-yang and movement of yin-yang, managers should emphasize on the inside balance between yin and yang. The theory can be used to improve management mode. In addition, the balance between yin and yang contributes to the solution of management paradox. Although the theory of yin and yang may cause some negative management thoughts, such as concealing conflict, suppressing innovation, and making unsuitable compromises, the enterprises can reduce the disadvantageous impacts of these negative management thoughts as long as they fully understand the connotation of theory of yin-yang. 
