文章构建了多层次、多指标的省域循环经济评价指标体系,涵盖了自然资源、环境质量、经济发展和社会发展四个子系统,并在建立初始指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析法对指标体系进行约简,选取7个包含指标大部分信息的主成分,计算主成分得分以代表原始数据进行SVM建模,利用便于处理小样本分类和泛化性强的支持向量机方法,构建基于支持向量机的我国省域循环经济评价模型,给出了各地循环经济的发展评价得分,并基于熵值法计算了我国循环经济发展综合指数。 |

This paper constructs a multi-level and multi-indicator index system for the evaluation of provincial circular economy, which covers 4 sub-systems:natural resources, environment quality, economic development and social development. Further, On the basis of initial index system established, this paper uses the principal component analysis to reduce the index system. After selecting 7 components containing most information, principal component score is calculated to represent the original data to use SVM model. SVC is facilitated to process small sample's classification and has strong generalization. The evaluation model of circular economy is constructed to score China's provincial circular economy. The scores are given for various provinces in terms of their circular economy and China's composite index of circular economy is calculated with the use of entropy value method. |
