| 基于公司创业投资(CVC)领域1979年以来英文期刊数据库的检索结果,对该领域论文的年度分布、期刊分布、研究方法、理论基础、研究层面以及研究主题等情况进行了描述性统计分析。然后,依据企业参与CVC活动的影响因素、CVC的管理与运作、CVC的价值创造机制等研究主题对国外主要研究成果进行了分析和总结,最后讨论了该领域研究的不足和未来研究的重点方向。 |

| Based on the search result of corporate venture capital (CVC) in English journal database since 1979, this article presents a descriptive statistical analysis of year distribution, journal distribution, research methodology, theoretical foundation, research perspectives, research themes, etc. The main research works are also analyzed and summarized in such research themes as influencing factors for corporations to participate in CVC activities, management and operation of CVC, value-creation mechanism of CVC, etc. Finally, the limitations of these researches and the potential key directions in the future researches are discussed. |
