我国零售业技术效率及影响因素的实证研究——基于2001—2012年30个省份限额以上零售业的数据

Empirical Study on Technical Efficiency and Influencing Factors in China’s Retail Industry Based on Data of Retail Industry above Designated Size in 30 Provinces during 2001—2012

      利用随机前沿分析方法对2001—2012年我国30个省份的零售业技术效率及其影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,12年间,我国零售业技术效率的变化趋势总体是上升的,技术效率平均值为0.8769。其中,东部地区技术效率值是0.9057,中部和西部地区的技术效率分别为0.8610和0.8595。通过σ收敛和绝对β收敛分析发现,我国零售业技术效率存在一定的收敛性,表明零售业技术效率差距将逐渐缩小,且趋于同一水平。此外,影响零售业技术效率的因素主要有当地的物流发展程度、居民消费能力、外商投资情况和人力资本。

英文摘要:

      Using the method of stochastic frontier analysis, this paper analyzes the technical efficiency and the influencing factors in retail industry of China's 30 provinces during the period from 2001 to 2012. The results show that:during the 12 years, the overall trend of the technical efficiency of China's retail industry is rising, the average technical efficiency of China's retail industry is 0.8769, and the technical efficiency of eastern region is 0.9057, technical efficiency of central and western regions are 0.8610 and 0.8595 respectively. The technical efficiency of China's retail industry has a certain convergence through σ convergence and β absolute convergence analyses, which shows that the level of technical efficiency of retail industry will be gradually reduced and tends to be on the same level. In addition, the factors which influence the technical efficiency of retail industry mainly include the development level of local logistics, consumer purchasing power, foreign investment and human capital. 
