      当前,我国宏观经济增速出现下滑趋势,投资需求增速明显下降、消费需求疲软与国民收入分配不合理、出口对经济增长的贡献越来越小等因素是主要原因。我国经济下行阶段,政策面临着两难选择,即全面刺激经济还是实施紧缩措施。目前,政府采取了积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,两大政策采取反方向形成松紧搭配。未来中国经济发展出路是,在经济上解决创新和收入分配问题,在非经济上则要把法治化、民主化和反腐败工作做好,同时在道德推进上找到经济支撑。

      At present, there is a trend of decline in China's macroeconomic growth, the reasons of which include the growth rate of investment demand decreases significantly, weak consumer demand, irrational distribution of national income and the decreasing contribution of exports to economic growth. During the downward phase of the economy, the policies are faced with a dilemma, which means whether to comprehensively stimulate the economy or to implement some kind of austerity measures. Currently, the government has adopted proactive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy. The future direction for China's economic development is, in the economic aspect, the problems of innovation and income distribution should be solved. As to the non-economic aspect, the government should make the most of legalization, democratization, anti-corruption. And promoting morals will support the economic growth.
