| 文章立足于服务外包情境,把服务外包企业的合作治理机制划分为契约治理机制与关系治理机制,进而剖析和揭示了这两种治理机制对服务外包供应商创新能力的影响机制。基于177份企业样本数据,重点验证了不同合作治理机制对服务外包供应商创新能力的影响以及知识获取和知识分享在其中所扮演的角色。研究发现:契约治理机制和关系治理机制对服务外包供应商的创新能力具有不同的影响。其中,关系治理机制对外包供应商的创新能力影响更为显著,契约治理机制对外包供应商的创新能力影响并不显著；知识获取和共享在关系治理机制、契约治理机制与服务外包供应商创新能力之间扮演中介角色。 |

| Based on the service outsourcing situation, this paper divides the cooperative governance mechanism of service outsourcing enterprises into contract governance and relationship governance mechanism. Further, it analyzes and reveals the influences of the two governance mechanism upon innovation ability of service outsourcing suppliers. Based on the enterprise data of 177 samples, it mainly verifies the influences of different cooperative governance mechanisms upon innovation ability of service outsourcing suppliers and the role of knowledge sharing. The research finds that contract governance mechanism and relationship governance mechanism have different influences on innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprises. It shows that relationship governance mechanism has a stronger impact on innovation capability than contract governance mechanism. Knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing in relationship governance mechanism and contract governance mechanism play an intermediary role in the innovation ability of service outsourcing suppliers. |
