服务业电子化是由不同服务行业的服务内容、服务环节、服务模式的电子化而引起的服务业电子化水平不断上升的过程,包括服务生产电子化、服务交换电子化和服务消费电子化。服务业电子化强大的资源整合能力、行业渗透能力和区域覆盖能力已经成为决定服务业发展的重要因素,未来服务业电子化程度还将会进一步提高,促使服务供需更加均衡,并引致服务业在经济社会发展中的主导性和控制力的增强。鉴于目前服务业电子化程度仍有较大增长空间,我国要积极发挥服务业电子化带来的正效应,在线上监管系统建设、服务业集聚区发展方向、服务业电子化创新方面引导服务业电子化的健康发展。 |

Electronic service is a rising process of electronization caused by different service contents, service links and service modes, including the electronization of service production, exchange and consumption. The strong abilities of resource integration, industry penetration, and regional coverage of electronic service have become important factors that determine the development of services. In the future, the level of electronization will be further improved, promoting a more balanced supply-demand of services and leading an improvement of the dominance and control in the economic and social development. In view that there is still much room for the growth of electronic services, China should actively develop the positive effects brought by electronic services to guide the electronization in service industry to a healthy development in terms of the construction of online regulatory system, the development direction of service industry cluster area and the innovation of electronic services. |
